Hi everyone.
Last week I bought an EQ12 on Amazon.
I am having issues with USB 3.2 gen 2 ports, all of them. If I try to connect an external USB 3.2 gen 2 disk - tried with different disks made by different manufactures - I am unable to format it or transfer anything, I keep on having I/O errors all the time.
Tried with both Unix and Windows 11, Amazon even replaced the whole computer but I have the same issue. External drives of course work perfectly on other computers.
This happens ONLY with 3.2 gen 2 drives.
Any suggestion? I would like not to return and get a refund...
