I bought my Beelink Mini MXIII S905X 3 months ago and it had 2 updates before today that went fine. Today a new update popped up and after downloading it I got the error "Your system was damaged, wireless update is disabled". Google seems to suggest that the update doesn't like that the box is rooted ... which makes no sense because it was already rooted out of the box when I bought it new. I haven't made any changes since the last update where it still worked. I installed SuperSU right after I received the box 3 months ago and the updates worked fine until today.

Now I have no intention of doing a factory reset and losing all files + settings including root access just because someone somewhere wasn't thinking. Please suggest a better way of solving this, or simply change whatever setting in the update is complaining about root.

Thank you.

Mini MXIII-II have differently Wlan models built-in .

MXIII-II_111M0 QCA9377 =  Qualcomm QCA9377
Mini MXIII-II_112M0_AP6212 = Ampak AP6212

Flash correct version and Wlan will working again.

Exact same situation here!
I installed the update via SD Card, with the original firmware posted here in the forum, and this update totally broken Wireless connection of the device, wireless antenna cannot be powered on anymore.
I tried doing a full wipe with no results, and then I installed again firmware, but WIFI is always broken.
Impossible to activate it.
This is weird, a prerooted device that doesn't likes root, and a firmware upgrade that breaks wireless.
I am really really upset.
How can I revert to a previous version of the firmware? In this forum there are no tutorials, no previous firmware downloads. I am really upset. :@
Please help.

Wow, then I guess I'm "lucky" that mine refused to update ... I need wifi so Kodi can access the files on my PC and that's the only reason I even bought the box.

I'll just have to disable updates completely until this is solved ... I'm also not happy at all, esp. considering that my box is only 3 months old :@

Apples and Oranges... ZioArturone issue came after applying the wrong firmware manually. Not experience that you've reported with regards to OTA.

There's two editions of Mini MXIII-II that firmware is being released for. Mini MXIII-II_112M0_AP6212 and Mini MXIII-II_111M0 QCA9377 .... so if you mix & match, No WiFi. It is simple as that.

Like Phant0m said installing the wrong version will kill your box, try to install the correct version and see if that fixes your box.
