which means "Error 17- factory error , maybe path or file.tar not exist", solution is look "C:\Users\YOURLOGIN\rtk_usb_mp_tool\Database\Release" folder and check is the factory.tar exists or not. This file is created after you select the .img file in your USB loader method.
Send an email to chanchan for more help. Could you mention what you are trying to do? is it only firmware upgrade or fully re-imaging of the box?
