Hello!
I recently bought a SER5 Max 5800H 16G 500G and my first impression when unboxing it was pretty good. It booted up with no issues and to my surprise it came with a digital license for Windows 11 Pro. (I was looking to install an "old" Windows 10 Pro license myself on it.) But after unpacking and booting it up I have had some issues.

But first of all, am I in the right place? This is forum.bee-link.com but there is also a bbs.bee-link.com, which also seems to be a support-forum?!? Not sure if I should post here or there or on both forums?!

Now on to my issues:
1. From time to time the picture on the HDMI-port comes and goes, especially after boot-up. My monitor even signals "No signal". After a few minutes it seems to become "stable".
2. My connected Bluetooth-devices (Mouse/Keyboard) suddenly stopped working and when I tried to pair them again there was no sign of Bluetooth even being available in the system. To my surprise the driver had become "bad" with a "!" in front of it and reinstalling it didn't help. After a few tries and downgrading to some older driver found online, I think it is now more stable. But I have only used the unit for ten hours or so, so I am not sure if the problem will come back or not.
3. The fan is making quite a loud noise even after boot-up and just idling on the Windows desktop. There are no processes running and the CPU is active like 0-3% according to the Task manager.
*. After spending some time in the Device Manager I also got a weird feeling that my unit wasn't new/unused. I see quite a lot of hidden (unused) devices, such as TV:s/Displays, Storage devices and even a different CPU has been used in the system. This immediatley took away from the good impression I had before and I now somehow got a feeling that this is not a setup made by professionals but a mish-mash made in a rush. Hopefully this feeling can be remedied by some good response/action from Beelink associates (here on the forum).

I will provide my BIOS-information and my Serial-number and I want help with the following:
1. I want to make sure I am on the latest BIOS for my device/setup so that I can rule out any "issues" coming from it.
2. I want to know if there is any official driver-package that allows me to make a fresh install (of my own Windows 10 Pro) and get the system up and running.
3. Are my issues common and are there any solutions? (I have read some horrible threads about the Bluetooth issue, ranging from driver issues to replacing the Wi-Fi/BT-card (AX200NGW) with a new one.

I still haven't made any review on my purchase and I feel I should at least give Beelink a chance to help me getting a good experience before I give "my verdict". It started out good but is on the decline...

Thanks in advance for any constructive help!
