This is the second EQ I've had with this problem. I returned the first thinking it was a fluke. Now that I have a second one with the same issue, I'm not so sure.

If I boot the computer with HDMI plugged in the computer will not POST. It will power on, lights come on, fans spin, but nothing on the screen. If I power it off, unplug the HDMI, turn it back on, wait a few seconds then plug in the HDMI it works. I know it's not POSTing because after I got it to boot, I setup Windows and installed ScreenConnect and the machine never comes online.

I have done clear CMOS. I've tested the memory, I've even swapped NVMe slots and tested a new (known working) NVMe with Linux installed. All same results. I've enabled and disabled Fast Boot, still same problem.

The only thing I've been able test reliably is if there is no NVMe plugged in, then I get a POST screen. Otherwise, nothing.

Maybe I need a BIOS update? Maybe this is a known issue?

I just need to get this resolved. I've emailed support with SN and order number, but hoping someone here has had that problem and can help me.
