MINI S 4K 60Hz?

The computer I purchased is the MiniS (N5095) model. I am planning to use it by connecting it to a 4K monitor. However, looking at the connection status, it is 3840*2160 30Hz. I would like to know the solution to 3840*2160 60Hz. Currently Using HDMI line supported HDMI 2.0.

① Please use our original HDMI cable
② Please change the color depth to 8BIT， change color mode to YCBCR_420
③ Please go to device manager and uninstall the graphic driver and install the new one.  Here is the driver  https://url.bee-link.cn/lWd8

Please right click the windows ---search--type intel graphic command center---display--change the color format to YCBCR_444
