USB ports work only in BIOS

Hi. U59pro. USB ports work only in BIOS. The WIN11 ports are not working. What is the problem? What to do?

Hi there,

Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it  for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.

Good day. This did not help. When loading WIN11, power is lost on all USB ports.

Pease try to do the reset the PC.

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt . . . etc.

Please try each option one at a time, then see of Windows will boot . . .

Go to Troubleshoot -- Advanced Option ---Uninstall updates--uninstall latest quality update--restart the PC
