Hello,

I am having an issue when I start my EX Docking Station, then the GTi 14 [185H], my GPU will start running (RTX 4070 Super Ti) but will not connect to the PC.

The GPU fans are working at high speed but the PC does not identify the GPU. To fix this I need to restart the PC and then it finally identifies the GPU (Sometimes it takes two restarts).

This is really not the best workflow, and surely not intended. If someone has had the same issue or has any ideas on the solution I would appreciate your help.

Cheers!

Hi  there,

Please check the tutorial  https://youtu.be/-xwOLjYveys  , make sure that your step is correct.
If it doesn't work , please send a video to our support for replacement of the docking station.

I did follow the tutorial in my first install and made all the correct steps.

I have now disassembled and reassembled the docking station and so far it is working (Only tried twice). However, I noticed the black plastic cover after the PCB's golden fingers was slightly bumped even though it was not forced and the GTi Ultra slid easily in both assemblies (Picture in annex).

I will contact support, just in case, but I wanted to let the process here in case it happens to others.

[Edit] I have now noticed that the Tutorial Video and other unboxing videos do not have this plastic cover. Should it be removed? There is no information about this in the user manual though.

I already contacted them and the parts are on their way followed by a tutorial video.

Thank you very much.

P.S. I will update this thread if the error reappears after replacing these accessories or if it is fixed.
