Gemini x55 not powering up, solid blue light

My pc was powered off over the weekend and when I powered everything back on the blue light came on before I even pressed the power button. It is. It connecting to my keyboard, mouse, screen etc and doesn’t sound like it has power.
I have tried various things such as pressing on/off, re-powering, using another power cable, unplugged the battery on the main board and restarting etc.
Nothing seems to be making a difference, any help would be appreciated!

Hi there,

Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and put the pin in the pinhole and press it for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.

If it doesn't work, you can think about repairing.

Many thanks for your help. Unfortunately my model looks different to the video and doesn’t have a pinhole located anywhere on the PC.

Hi there,

Sorry, this PC is quite old.
I think the problem is the hardware or there is a short circuit in the motherboard.
