SER5 5560U Upgraded memory to 32GB problem

Hi, Can anyone help. Have replaced 16GB ram with 32GB ram upgrade (all is correct type etc. and know working) Windows system is only seeing 16GB. Any ideas? Do I need to update bios or something? Thanks.

System now detects 32GB (2 slots x 16GB) but saying 16.8GB Reserved . How do I make this useable?

Please send us a picture of SN number and BIOS version .

So we would be able to know whether it is latest BIOS and send you files accordingly.

And check this
press Win + R > type in : msconfig > boot > advanced option > uncheck the max memory.
