Bios/cpu question

Bought the ser6 max ryzen 9, on there it says clock speeds up to 4.9, I've only been able to get it up to 4.4max.
Is there anyway to overclock this? Bios update? Bios unlock?

Sorry, our machine does not support overclocking at present.

As for clock speeds, it is recommended that you try to adjust TDP.
Here's the tutorial: Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS-- Advanced--OEM Features Management-- PowerLimit Setting--Balance Mode is 54W, Go to BIOS-- Advanced--OEM Features Management-- Powerlimit Setting--Balance Mode is 54W, Performance mode is 65W, you can choose the one you need ---press F4 to save
