ser8 portable monitor issue

I connected the portable monitor to the USB4 port on the back of the ser8 and it says there is no signal. It works when I connect additional power to the monitor, but when the monitor goes back to sleep mode, there is no signal again, so I can't use it. On the other hand, on the other pc, I could have used it right away as long as I only connected to the c port, but I don't know what the problem is. The monitor product is asm-160qcc.

Hello there，

The machine needs extra power, if only the monitor connect power, will be insufficient power.
Could your machine wake up during sleep?
If you can't wake up to see if sleep is set, try turning sleep off in the power options.
