Hi,

I want to replace the NVMe SSD in my MiniPC.
Could you please send me the factory image and Windows 11 key for my Mini S12 Pro which I need to reinstall. Also, where to get the BIOS updates?

Hi there,

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.
