GTR4 GR9 fan problem

The fan on our GTR4 (says GR9 on the side) bought in 2022 is extremely noisy.  Powered down for now, can't work out how to get to the fan to replace it.
Can we order a new fan off you and is there a maintenance manual for instructions on replacing?
