Hi,

Setting to enable SVM mode cannot be found in the BIOS. Does anyone else has this problem?

How to enable SVM mode? VMWare detect no SVM mode and does not allow me to do nested virtualization.

Bios build date: 05/23/2024. Bios Version: SER8P5C8V26

Thanks,
Lucas

How about  SLAT? Is it enabled by default too? If not, please let me know how to enable this for nested virtualization. Thanks.

Hello there,

SLAT is enabled by default. In Windows system, you need to close hyper-v before using the tool to view.

Have a nice day!

1. Please go to Microsoft’s official website https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53337 and download the dgreadiness_v3.6 tool
2. Open PowerShell (administrator mode), enter set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned and select y
3. Unzip dgreadiness_v3.6 (Microsoft download link) to the desktop path as follows: C:\Users\XXX\Desktop\test, and enter that directory
4. Enter the command to execute the program .\DG_Readiness_Tool_v3.6.ps1 -Disable
It is normal for the following error message to appear. Please ignore it and restart your computer
5. Keep pressing F3 to enter the windows system desktop, and run LeoMoon CPU-V to display it.
