SEi 12 Display Port Not Recognized

Hi,


Recently purchased SEi 12. Trying to connect dual monitors. HDMI works on both. Display Port will not recognize second monitor. I have tried multiple cords and adapters. Monitor only has HDMI so the cable is HDMI to DP.


Would appreciate any help.

I have a similar/same problem on Beelink 12th Gen Intel Alder Lake-N100 Processor, that I purchased yesterday.

it outputs on both ports to my fairly generic 24" monitor, though on my 32 Rog Strix XG32VQ monitor it outputs for about 15 seconds during the initial post when the BeeLink logo and loading animation display. Then nothing appears to happen, If I have both monitors in at the same time, then the 17" comes on as normal, though occasionally the screen size changes (pulsates) every few minutes.

I have reset CMOS, and nothing changed. Should I return/replace it or is there a quick fix?



Both monitors work as normal on my soon to be replaced (I hope) Beelink U57 mini
