unable to see second ssd

i need to restart the power twice to see second ssd. pls help

Please ensure that the power and data cables for the second SSD are securely connected.
Loose connections may cause the drive not to be recognized on the first boot.

Please email us a picture of SN number and BIOS version .
So we would be able to know whether it is latest BIOS and send you files accordingly.

BIOS vendor:   American Megatrends
BIOS  version : ALDNV 104
Build Date and Time : 02/06/2023
