Ethernet 10Mbps Wireless 5Mps FIX???

We have a brand new Beelink EQR6 Mini PC, AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS (8C/16T, Up to 4.75GHz), 24GB DDR5 RAM 1TB PCle4.0 SSD, Mini Desktop Computer Support 4K@60Hz/WiFi6/BT5.2/Dual LAN/Gaming PC. It is our 4th purchase. All prior with no issues.


We cannot get ethernet speed over 10Mbps. Plugged directly in to router. Tried multiple brand new patch cables. Network and cabling works as expected 250Mbps on another computer using the same cables and router.

Windows 11 is up to date. Is there a fix before we send it back to Amazon?
