I need to reinstall Windows 11 on this PC due to issues stemming from a graphics driver locking up the unit and shutting it down.

I did as you suggested. I was able to get to the desktop, I obtained the driver file from this forum. There were no recognized files other than one for bluetooth.

I attempted to install AMD Adrenaline and all that happened was a black screen showing only the mouse cursor.  After that, the unit would not reboot at all unless I reinstalled Windows to try to attempt one of the other previously mentioned steps. This was the problem with this PC that got me to this point to begin with.  

Any further suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

2、Please take out one RAM and leave the other one in it to test if the RAM is defective or not. You can also use Memtest software to test the RAM.

3、Do you have a spare SSD?

It is recommended that you consider replacing an SSD to try to see if the machine can work properly.

I bought this PC for a family member about 6 months ago. I have had the same model for somewhat longer, still working fine.

For this more or less non-workng PC, I have now Installed new RAM, cleaned socket, installed known good SSD with working OS created by my first and still working PC.

The situation remains the same, the PC is locking up, AMD reports a graphics error, and  the screen goes black. At this point, I am left to believe we have a hardware issue not related to the RAM, SSD, or the Windows installation.

What are the next steps? I believe that this PC would still be under warranty.
