Mini S12 Pro Power Light not flashing while in Sleep mode

I put the Mini S12 Pro to sleep using the power button and selecting 'Sleep'. The blue power light on the front went off , but it did NOT start flashing. After a few seconds I woke it back up using the keyboard. I then used powercfg /SYSTEMPOWERREPORT and the report showed that it did go to sleep (standby).

Is the blue power light supposed to flash in sleep mode?

When the machine enters the sleep state, the power light is not flashing that is normal.
