Hi,

I would like the latest bios and whatever tool is required to complete the update as well.

I am on V27 right now.

Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC?
and could you send us the main page of the bios?this is the tutorial:https://mega.nz/#F!yuISGa4I!s1bQQajKwnsEdzjqq4nopQ
so that we can confirm if you need to update the bios.

I have a question: my SER8845 is still on BIOS-Version v29. Now I have seen a new version of the V29-BIOS, which will optimize the fan speed. Can I use this BIOS for my SER8845? What exactly are the advantages? Thanks.
