Mini PC N95

I purchased a Beelink N95 Intel 12th Mini PC from Amazon on March 27th of this year.  A couple of days ago, the computer overheated and shut down.  Now, the fan does not kick on and the computer overheats in a matter of minutes.  

I am not sure what to do with this.  Please Help.

Sorry for the trouble.
Could you please take out the fan and clean the dust if any ?
If the fan is broken, we can send you a new fan replacement, please send pictures of the SN , invoice and both sides of the fan to support-pc@bee-link.com.

I took the fan out yesterday and cleaned it.  It doesn't appear to be broken,
