Sei14 from amazon. Occasionally hang or blue screen of death

Hi, Received my sei14 last monday from Amazon. It hangs once a day, sometime the taskbar is unable to click  or should up blue screen of death twice in a week while i'm working on ms visio. Any one experience the same issue? Think my default bio is T115. Should i update it? And what is the difference between the Max battery performance, Max non-turbo performance and Max turbo performance in the bios setting? Default was set to max turbo performance in the CPU power management. Thanks
