Hi,

I noticed that even when powered down (after "Shut Down" in Windows/Linux), the unit still is getting rather warm (~45°C/115°F).

For context, ambient temperature here is generally around 30°C/85°F, and I have an M2 Max Mac Studio on the same desk that doesn't get anywhere near as warm, even when in standby.

Is there any way to turn the thing off completely? Like, I don't need Wake-on-LAN, USB charging, or other features when not using it.

Cheers

Hi there,

Go to Control Panel, click the Power Options. Select the Choose what the power buttons do. Uncheck the Turn on fast startup (recommended).Select Save Settings.
