Onexgpu(external gpu) not connected

Hello Beelink support,

OnexGPU(external gpu) was not recognized through the rear USB-C port of SEi14.

Does the rear usb-c port support 4? Or is it a Bios or USB driver issue?

Hi there,

The rear USB C is thunderbolt 4.
Did you ever reinstall the system before ? If not , the problem might be compatibility issue.
By the way, the EGPU need independent power.

Onexgpu is supplied with independent power.

I tried reinstalling it using the USB that was included with SEi14, but the external EGPU on the rear USB4 did not work.

OnexGPU worked well with the USB4 port on another laptop.
