Please try some solutions here :
1.Please take out the RAM and SSD ,please clean the contacts of the RAM with a rubber.
Then put them back safely and firmly.

Use tools like MemTest86+ to test the stability of your memory and hardware. Unstable memory or hardware can cause system errors and blue screens.

Please send us a picture of SN number and BIOS version to our email.
