Obviously, or it would not have worked - just giving a heads-up to anyone else considering this, that it only applies to the mxIII and not the mxIII-II

But can you help me getting in the correct recovery mode? Do I need to install something other than stock beelink rom before I start? Hope you can help me here my wifi speed is so bad with the stock rom.

They have 2 way to flash firmware

Copy all 3 file to USB thumb drive plug in next to tf card slot
Switch off..  remove power jack behind ..  
press and hold reset button and plug in power jack, wait 5 sec and release
Twrp pop up  you now on recovery mode ..  just select zip file from your thumb drive
And do againt for wifi patch... now you on minix firmware  (I'm using this method)

2..  if you on Beelink firmware ..  plug in thumb drive , open update and restore apps
Select zip file and do againt for wifi patch..
MINI MXIII (died), MINI MXIII II, GT1, SEA I, MINIX U1

put usb thumb drive with all 3 file on it... unplug power jack..

press and hold reset button and plug in power jack wait 5 sec and release

twrp pop up..  and select zip file and wait until it reboot

do it again for wifi patch..

for 40usd box perform much better compare to my GT1
especially on rom speed
