My SER8 order

I ordered a SER8 6/16/2024 Yesterday I sent an email asking what the status was. I recieved a reply with a new DHL tracking number.
The new tracking number show the package delivered and signed for in a city in Louisiana, but my address is in Mississippi. I sent another email detailing that but every email i send to support-pc is blocked. What the hell?

Just to update this...
I just had the package delivered. I'm not sure what was going on. I suspect the language difference contributed which is what I wanted to clear up with my second email. That the company blocked it upset me almost as much as the prospect of not getting the PC and being out the money. I understand we Americans are seen as obnoxious perhaps justifiably, but I'm not that way. Anyway I'm glad I got the SER8. It replaces my SER7 which has been repurposed. I like Beelink systems this is my third. I was agonizing having to order another mini PC as I think the SER8 was my best choice.
