(SER8) It takes more than 10 minutes to start. (no issues with the RAM or SSD.)

1. When I first turn on the power, the power light comes on, but the FAN does not spin.
2. After about 4-5 minutes, the SSD area heats up, and then the FAN starts spinning.
3. After another 2-3 minutes, the screen finally turns on with the SER8 LOGO and start booting computer.
I have confirmed that there are no issues with the RAM or SSD. I suspect the issue might be with the RAM socket or a soldering defect.
Are there others who have experienced the same symptoms as I have? How did they resolve them?

Sorry for the trouble. Don't worry, the PC has one-year warranty.
Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of purchase record ? Here are some potential solutions:
First,please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable.Please hit the pinhole of "CLR CMOS" with a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.
If the problem persists, please try other solutions:
Please change another HDMI cable or power supply.

Please let us know what happens after you try these steps.

Please tell us if the Keyboard light is on ?(Very important). If the keyboard light is on, it should go to the system, we need to troubleshoot HDMI or the monitor.

I have tried resetting the CMOS, changing the HDMI cable, and changing the power supply, but the booting still takes a long time.
As mentioned earlier in #3, the keyboard lights turn on. After leaving it on for about 10 minutes, it boots up, and I have also installed Windows, but the long boot time remains the same.

The attached picture the issue described in #1, and the PC starts up after about 10 minutes from that point.
Once it is on for 10 minutes, it works normally, but this process is cumbersome, so I am reaching out for assistance.

I have tested the system with Samsung, Hynix, GeIL, and Crucial 16GB RAM, and various types of SSD, but the issue remains the same.
After cleaning the RAM sockets, it worked quickly for a few times, but over time, the booting slows down again.

It seems to be an issue with the RAM sockets. Since I cannot clean the RAM sockets every time I use the PC, is there a way to replace the RAM sockets?
