Hello-

I have a Beelink SER6 Gaming Mini PC, Ryzen 9 6900HX mini-pc.  My hard drive died and I just replaced it with a 2TB drive.  I cannot seem to find the drivers or what I need to re-install Windows.

I downloaded the Windows 11 ISO from Microsoft and I am able to boot the disk and start the Windows 11 installation. But, Windows does not reconize that the drive is there.  I have downloaded a few diffrernt drivers packages from the bee-link.com website and none of them seem to have the files that I need to re-install Windows.

Please help!

I should add...  The disk is available in the BIOS...   I was able to get Ubuntu and Proxmox to see the disk through their respective installations so I know that the drive works just that Windows cannot see it...

Hello there,

You can try to clear CMOS first: Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Then press the pinhole of "CLR CMOS" with a pin for about 10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again. Please wait about one or two minutes, if you can go to the system, Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

Hi. Thank you for your information and direction.  Sad to say I only have Mac(s) so I cannot format a thumb drive as NTFS.  Would this work if I formatted the thumb drive in ExFAT or Fat32?

Hey! It sounds like you might need the NVMe/SATA drivers for Windows to detect the new drive. Try downloading and loading AMD RAID or NVMe drivers during installation. Hope this helps!
