Admin tools not working after SSD migration

Hi.  I have just purchased a SER5 5560U.  I need a larger SSD, so have cloned the SSD to a larger one, using Macrium Reflect.  The process went fine, but now the admin tools are not working in Windows 11.  I get the following error messages:


Device manager:  "The external backing provider is not recognized"
Disk managment: "This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action.  Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Apps Settings page"
Computer managment:  "This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action.  Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Apps Settings page"

Do you have advice for fixing these programs?

You could try running "sfc /scannow" from an administrator elevated command prompt, and if that doesn't work you can try running DISM from that elevated CMD.

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

You can also try some solutions here : 
Reset default app settings: Go to the “Default apps” page in Windows 11 and click “Reset” to restore the default application associations. This may fix file association issues.

Go to the windows terminal (admin) >  type in : sfc /scannow > then wait until finished.   

Perform a clean boot: Sometimes, third-party applications or services can interfere with the proper functioning of built-in Windows tools. By disabling all non-Microsoft startup items and services, you can perform a clean boot to see if the issue persists.
