SER8 windows installation problem.

I have bought SER8 8845HS few days ago.
But I didn't know that this product came with Chinese Windows preinstalled.
Unfortunately, I don't know any Chinese.
Please tell me how to change the language settings of this Windows,
or if not, tell me the BIOS access and product key of windwos 11 pro, and I will try to reinstall Windows through a clean installation.
