No Internet Access

Hello I have a SEi Series Mini PC I am trying to setup for a user and havent been able to get Ethernet connection unless I assign an IPV4 address manually. Wifi connects but we dont use wifi as these PC's are hardwired. I have attached 3 photos of the errors I have been getting. The same connection when used in another PC already setup has no issues connecting automatically.
