How is the best way to format the system and install Windows? Can you send a Windows 11 Key?

Boa tarde, o meu mini pc esta preso nas atualizações do windows. já tentei de tudo para o recuperar mas sem qualquer solução. O mini pc fica preso num ecrã preto. Preciso de reinstalar o windows, podem me ajudar?

Regarding the issue of USB interface not working, you can actually try resetting the system first instead of resetting the system
Pease try to do the reset the PC.

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt . . . etc.

Please try each option one at a time, then see of Windows will boot . . .

Go to Troubleshoot -- Advanced Option ---Uninstall updates--uninstall latest quality update--restart the PC
