New SER 5800H and RAM issue

I just purchased a 5800H and a Crucial 64GB (2x32GB) SODIMM (DDR4-3200) kit, but the 5800H only sees this as 2x16GB.

Is there a BIOS setting, or an firmware upgrade I need to apply for this to work?

Below is an image of Memtes86+ running on them and showing only 32 instead of 64GB RAM.

Hello, may I know do you have other ram to test it too? for the bios, pls let us know your sn code and your current bios version, then we could check if there is a newer bios, thanks

I suspect it's the RAM SODIMMs themselves. When I get the new SODIMMs I'll update this thread.

Just to close this forum message, I received the replacement 32GB SODIMMs and they are showing up just fine. I've been through one pass of Memtest86+ and they are showing zero errors.

I'll let Memtest86+ run over the next couple days (I don't have time to start setting up my system anyway), but if things fail I'll update this post.

For now, it's looking good and I can confirm that the Beelink SER 5800H can use 2x32GB SODIMM RAM sticks. (Crucial CT2K32G4SFD832A).
