Good night.

I bought a mini-pc SER5 5560U with Windows 11 and it was working properly until today. I started my mini-pc today and there was no sound. Related to this issue, Windows indicated that there was no audio device (I checked the sound drivers' status at Device Management and, for the audio devices, an alert was showed indicating that the installation of the drivers is not complete or something like that).

Is it necessary install updated drivers or reinstalling the original drivers is enough? Where can I find the drivers for the audio device of my PC? Have you got those drivers?

The mini-pc's serial number is Y55604EF80008.

Thank you, in advance, for your soon help.

Thanks for your letter, for the audio issue, 1. Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please try to hit the hole of "CLR CMOS" with a needle or a pin for about 5-10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again. thanks for your effort.
Pls follow the video tutorial to clear the cmos correctly, it might work: https://mega.nz/file/XypwTISY#DV ... Z7f7qpKGP2E3nMHW8ms

Good night.

Thank you for your answer. I tried to install these drivers and the mini-PC didn't recognized the audio device. When I checked the status of the audio device at Device Management I foud that the audio devices indicate an error of Code 19 (uncomplete driver or something like that).

I expect you could help me with that issue.

Thank you, in advance, for your soon help.

P. S.: Is there any Windows Factory Image Recovery, in case I need to re-install Windows?

Greetings.
