Hi!
I installed windows 10 to my Beelink Ser 5 max

Audio don't work
I tried to instal drivers for audio from package, but it does't work.
Help me to deside this problem, pls.

Sorry for the trouble. Don't worry, the PC has one-year warranty.

You can try to clear CMOS first: Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Then press the pinhole of "CLR CMOS" with a pin for about 10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.

Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of purchase record ? Let's do some troubleshooting.

1.Please right click window--click “”setting“---Sound----more sound setting --click "playback"--right click speaker---properties--controller information ---properties---update the driver. You also need to check if the speakers is disabled or not in the  playback setting.

1. Go to the windows terminal (admin) >  type in : sfc /scannow > then wait until finished.   

2.What kind of device you use for audio.

I use a monitor LG with audio and speaker Sven (jack on frontal side of mini pc)

Some monitors like my Acers, have the audio circuit so the Beelink senses audio but there are no actual speakers in the monitors. Did you plug any other audio device in your PC, like headphones or earbuds?

Hello there,
you can plug your LG audio device into another machine and see if it can output.
Also, plug another good audio device into the PC audio jack to see if it can output.
