SER5 Recovery.WIM CRC Failure

I created a recovery USB drive but the first .WIM file fails during recovery due to a CRC failure during a reset of the PC.

How can I get recovery media to reload my OS?

do you want the system file?could you send us the picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC,so that we can send you the corresponding file.

I sent you a DM last week with a link to the picture since the DM message editor will not allow me to paste the picture directly and I don't want the SN posted publicly.
