I had my friend contact me today after running into some issues. She was able to boot past bios into windows once already but has been stuck on the Bios screen.
After Save&Exit out of Bios, a black screen with "Checking Media Presence" flashes for a second.
I have gotten them to send me some pictures of the unit serial and the bios screen as I have just had 2 of these units myself have a similar issue. (Pics included)
