Good morning
I recently purchased the AMD Ryzen 5 5560U mini PC. Where windows 11 was already installed.
Everything seems to work correctly, except the 3.5 jack port on the front. If I connect headphones it sounds very low and only on the right side and if I connect a microphone it records at a very low volume, almost not to be heard.
I carried out tests both with different headphones and also with different microphones, what could be the problem?

Do I need to test with a certain type of jack?

Thank you
Simone

Hello, you can try belowing methods first:

,please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please press the pinhole of "CLR CMOS" with a pin for about 10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again. Please wait about one or two minutes, if you can go to the system, Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

Looking forward to your feedback so that we can help you better.
Have a nice day!

Good morning,
I managed to carry out the test
followed step by step
but nothing has changed. I repeated the procedure the next day too.
I'm afraid it's a hardware problem
