Windows 11 pro

I purchased a new mini pc, it was to be supplied with Win11pro. I did not receive the COA or serial number, and when registering with Microsoft, they stated the serial number had already been used. If you would please get these things for me, so I can finish setting up the computer.

Yes the product key and also the Certificate of AUTHENTICITY
