I just received an EQ12 Mini PC. It worked okay starting it up. Then I inserted a Crucial BX500 2TB SSD and when I did a quick format, it said it failed. With the drive installed, it now takes about 15 minutes to boot. after booting, It is visible in File Explorer but when I try to use it, it just hangs up. If I use an older Crucial 512GB SSD, it works okay. I would like to know if you can help, otherwise I will return to Amazon.
