I just received a new SER6 Max and want to add an SSD before powering it up. I have been unable to remove the screws in the bottom of the case. Could someone tell me the size and type of screwdriver or bit I will need for this task? I saw on another post that Beelink recommended T2.0 screwdriver and if that is the torx type, we tried that unsuccessfully. The screw head looks more like Phillips than torx.

Hello there,
you can try the T2.5 screwdriver.
