Hello there,
could you decribe your problem in detail?

Please send us  a picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC

① Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

② If updating the BIOS cannot solve the problem, please adjust the fan speed, some item model have the fan control function in the BIOS, such as SER5560,SER5500,SER5600, SER 5700,SER5800.

③ Please adjust the VRAM in the BIOS, sometimes changing the VRAM can also help.

④Overheating. If your PC is overheating, please check if the fan spins. You can also turn off the turbo boost.

⑤Remove the fan, clean it and apply a very small amount of nonconducting lubricant to the shaft
and reassemble the unit

i'm only interested in whether you can control the fans via the "intelligent fan function" in the bios, as with the ser6. The ser7 will be purchased after I have the information.

HI,
For SER7
there`s no "intelligent fan function in BIOS
The fan will change its speed when you PC runs at high performance.
But You can also try Software : SpeedFan  to optimize the fan .

I just thought that the fans could be adjusted in the same way as on the SER6 Max as they both look the same.
