Hello. I bought the ser7 product and received it well. First of all, thank you for using a great product.
I have a problem, so I'm inquiring. The included USB memory is not recognized.
Other computers don't recognize it either.
I know it's a usb installing Windows 11, but it doesn't recognize it, so I can't install it or authenticate it. I'm very upset that the USB is broken.
The usb for installation can be made by itself, but it is not possible to authenticate.
Excuse me, but I would appreciate it if you could give me a key that can be authenticated.
Enclosed is a cereal key just in case.
I wrote it using a translator, so please understand.
