Sei12 Display port not recognizing

It does not detect anything is plugged in, I have tried multiple cables and multiple monitors. Just purchased this 2 days ago on Amazon. Under device manager there are no unknown devices and under monitor there is only the main display through the HDMI port.

My coworker suggested trying the USBC port for display in case it was wired and correctly I tried that and it didn't work either I really do not want to have to return this through Amazon please give me some advice on how to fix this

Please send us a picture of  a picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC

Hi  there,

① Please update the graphic driver.
② Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (put the pin in the pinhole and press it ) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.
