ser 6 problema de audio

Buenas tardes, tengo el SER 5, AMD ryzen 7 5800H. Esta mañana he conectado un auricular a la toma jack 3.5, y funcionaba correctamente. Esta tarde he vuelto a encender el mini pc y no funciona . He probado con varios auriculares y aunque en la pantalla de win11 reconoce la conexion realtek., el conector 3.5 no funciona. No hay ningun sonido.

Alguna solución. Gracias

hello, Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please try to hit the hole of "CLR CMOS" with a needle or a pin for about 5-10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.
