Hi, I would like to update my bios and instructions for it to be done. I have problem with usb ports and I would like to see if it would be fixed

HI， SER 5 MAX 2024？
do you mean you want to install BIOS to another model?

But this BIOS is only for SER5 MAX 5800
For the fan
1.You can also try Software : SpeedFan  to optimize the fan . 

2 .Add a small amount of nonconducting lubricant to the fan shaft : 
Remove the fan and cleaned it 
Apply a very small amount of nonconducting lubricant to the shaft.
and reassembled the unit.

Don’t understand about the shafts. Speed of fans under loading is too much, what have asked about the bios. Is there any difference between 602 & 603 ver? Settings for cooling means

That's mean there're bearings on the board), on shafts it means, don't needed to service it, think so.

Hello there,
you can follow the steps to adjust the fan:
①Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS -- Advanced→ADM CBS→NBIO Common options→GFX Configuration→Integrated Graphics Controller(Forces)→UMA mode(UMA SPECIFIED)→UMA Frame buffer size--change to 8GB

② Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS--Advanced---AMD CBS--SMU COMMON options---fan control----Choose manual---fan table--- manual -- adjust the temperature. 

Then you can set corresponding data, such as below data.

[Fan off temperature limit] : 35

[Fan start temperature limit] : 40

[Fan full speed temperature limit] : 90

[Fan start PWM] : 65

③ If doesn't help, you might need to replace the fan. Or you can contact customer service to send the item back for checking.
and there is no differnce between 602 and 603 in cooling setting.

Is this the settings for the main cooling fan for processor?
and for the small one (motherboard & ssd cooling) fan?
Settings should be different?

the setting for adjusting the fan we sent you before is CPU fan,and there is no setting for adjusting the SSD fan.
