SER5 with 8-Core AMD Ryzen 7 5800H Boots to Shell

Good Day,


I have a Beelink SER5 with 8-Core AMD Ryzen 7 5800H, 32GB DDR4 unit that only boots into the Shell console. I can not seem to get it to boot from the SSD. This was supposed to come installed with Windows 11 Pro 64 bits pre-installed. Does support monitor this forum or do I need to contact directly?

Hello there,
have you set your system SSD into the first boot option?you need to set it as the first boot option in bios.

Hello thank you for the reply, yes I had but it does not come up when I select F7 to choose a boot device. I also tried to change the boot type to legacy. I think it might be the windows OS on the SSD. I will try to flash it with a fresh version to see if that changes anything.
