Good day,

My U59 (16BG + 2TB) started failing to load, I tried to replace SSD with Kingston PCIe 4.0 DC 3.3V, but it is unavailable in the BIOS and when loading with USB stick it is unavailable either.
SSD partition format is MBR
Is this SSD compatible with U59 model?

When loading with bootable USB I can see a lot of errors saying 'ACPI BIOS Error (bug): Could not resolve symbol ...'
Does this mean I need to try to reinstall BIOS?

Your machine supports SATA hard drives but does not support nvme hard drives. Please try using another SATA hard drive.
